Inspiration - Folk Christmas Tree
Here is another example of where I draw inspiration for my work.
This time for one of my holiday designs, my own folk Christmas Tree! 🎄
The Folk Christmas Tree collection is inspired by an intricate triangular detail from the overgarment of General Chatzichristos from the region of Macedonia in Greece. The beauty of this garment is unreal!
The richness of the design and the boldness of the colors caught my eye and I felt that this small decorative motif would work brilliantly as a Christmas tree.
